One of my most life changing events happened in the year 2000 when I decided to get serious about my health and competed in the MuscleTech Millenium Transformation Contest. It was the most challenging 3 months in my life but it made me not only physically stronger, but mentally stronger. It showed me that it is possible to achieve anything you put your mind to. It just takes focus and determination. Here are two of the essays I had to write when I submitted my before and after pics to MuscleTech.
