No, it is not that bad. BUT, you need to figure out what your goal is: do you want to build muscle? or do you want to lose weight? If you want to lose weight, this is a great choice. But, if you want to build muscle, you need more protein in this breakfast. How about some scrambled eggs (or egg whites) or adding whey protein into your yogurt?
Remember, if you are trying to get a six pack, the extra sugars in this breakfast may prevent you from getting really ripped.
